Any type of house remodelling/renovations requires meticulous planning and application to the city for obtaining necessary permits.

The planning includes architectural/ engineering design drawings, interior design and choice of materials.

Once permits have been in place we will do additional planning, which will include the following: work calendar, calendar of inspections by architect, engineer, and city inspector; material supply calendar.

As a fully licensed and insured company, we are happy to take care of every single stage of the project from architectural drawings to complete delivery and walk through.
